Our pricing includes FREE ground shipping within the continental US and Canada! Ground transit times can vary from 2 to 5 days, depending on your location. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that will include a tracking number for your shipment.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, you have 5 business days to notify us by emailing placematstore@kidzsmart.com. An incorrect item will be picked up and replaced as soon as possible. A defective item will be refunded upon investigation of the claim.

For custom placemat orders, please note that you are responsible for thoroughly proofing the files we send you for approval. We do not take responsibility for errors or omissions after we receive your final approval.
