Yes, we can customize any of our placemat backs with your black & white logo and kids’ menu. However, our variety packs cannot be customized. Variety packs are all ready-to-ship, to keep your young guests busy right away!
When you are ordering your placemats, you can attach your logo and kids’ menu file right from the order screen. The logo should be a high-res black & white .EPS or .JPG file. Send your menu as an attachment in any format, such as a Word doc or a PDF. Or type the menu details in an email and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your order number. If you don’t have a kids’ menu but you have other info to provide in that space, bring it on!
Our designer will customize the back of the placemat for you and email you a proof for approval within 3 business days.
Please check the proof very carefully for all content, prices, menu items, etc. If you require any changes, just let us know and we’ll send you another proof. When it’s perfect, reply to email@example.com and say “Approved!”
Yes, if you order more than one box of the same design, you will receive a volume discount.
Yes, we keep your logo and kids’ menu on file. If you need to change any items, prices, etc., you can submit a new file when you place your order. If there is no attachment with your order, we will assume it’s the same as your last order. However, we will always send you a proof just to be sure.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. If you have ordered custom placemats, your order status will be awaiting fulfillment until you have approved the proof. Once approved and we send files to the printer, you will receive a status update email indicating that your order is awaiting shipping. After it is printed and boxed, you will receive another status update indicating that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow up on your shipment.
